Broadly speaking my engagements tend to fall into two areas:
For a business there will be an initial discovery process which is ideally face to face. This could be up to a day onsite with you and key business team members running through a provisional agenda intended to capture snapshot of your business. The main areas are Sales Process, Go to Market and hot spots you feel could be working better. After this discovery day I will provide a report including recommendations in key areas for improvement. Some or all of these areas may be the topic of future follow up work including Process development, Sales training or ongoing coaching for you and your team.
For Individuals, following our initial discussion we will agree a course of regular video calls to help as a confidential sales coach or mentor. Engagements typically last 6 months and are usually scheduled monthly during which we cover those challenges or goals defined in the first of our 45 minute sessions. I have coached and mentored people who are seeking additional help in the following areas:
